about

Newark, Delaware, might not have much to write home about, but for hometown heroes WALLEYE, it was the only rainy-day town that could have served as a backdrop for a record so sullen and misanthropic. Equally melodic and dissonant, nimbly convincing in either, and still as emotionally resonant as it was the day it came out.
